Short version: this website has no database, no account system and no analytics. It cannot store anything about you, because there is nowhere for it to put it. Everything we know about you, you sent us yourself.

What the website itself collects

Nothing. The quote form runs entirely in your browser: it takes what you type, assembles it into a message, and hands that message to WhatsApp, to your email program, or to your clipboard. Nothing is submitted to a server, and there is no tracking pixel, advertising tag or analytics script on any page.

Two things happen anyway, as they do on most websites, and you should know about them:

• The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers and Google sees your IP address.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs of requests for security and reliability.

What we collect when you contact us

Whatever you choose to send: your name, mobile number or email address, the pickup and delivery addresses, your pet's species, breed, weight and temperament, your preferred date, and anything else you write. If you book, we also keep the details of the journey and of what you paid.

What we do with it

We use it to quote your journey, to carry it out, to reach you or your recipient on the day, and to keep the records of the job that the tax law requires. That is all. We do not sell it, rent it, or send you marketing you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

• The messaging service you chose. If you send your enquiry through WhatsApp or email, that provider carries the message.
• A vet, if your pet needs treatment during a journey — your contact details and what you have told us about your pet's health.
• Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Where it lives, and for how long

On the operator's phone, email account and job records. We keep an enquiry that does not become a booking only as long as it is live. Records of completed journeys are kept for five years, because Australian tax law requires it, and then deleted.

Seeing it, correcting it, deleting it

Email [email protected] and ask. We will tell you what we hold, fix anything wrong, and delete whatever we are not required to keep.

Where we stand under the Privacy Act

We are a small business and are not currently bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We follow the practices set out on this page regardless.
